Saved from the Saw

So I sourced this piece from my supplier via an image online.

I intended to chop it up and cut some cabs from it... until I saw it in person that is!

Now I just don't have the heart to run it through the saw.

May I present: Malachite & Chrysocolla (polished specimen)

I must confess I am extremely tempted to add this one to my collection.

That is the one problem getting to play with pretty things on a regular basis. Some of them are very hard to part with but I know they go to homes of people who will love them just as much as me which is nice.

There isn't really a point to this blog other that to say.

Look at this pretty thing and SOMEONE PLEASE BUY IT! I cant stop looking at it and not sure how much longer I can resist its whispers to keep it.
