Jewellery photography

Today I am having a play and testing some ideas to see if I can improve my images a bit.

As you can see my set up is extremely basic - Yes that is a rock holding the mini tripod flat on top of a box 😆 Originally I took the photos for my site with my phone so this is a step up megapixel wise. I can’t wait to see the results!

Will also be testing a few different backgrounds. As much as I LOVE my big rock I don’t want to scratch anything with it. Maybe I need to get a large photo of it printed to put the jewellery on instead #lightbulbmoment #funwithphotography #jewelleryphotography #justplaying #jewelleryandgems
