Day Dreaming

So I am sitting here on this beautiful day thinking about what I would be doing if I could get out to my workshop.

I have sourced some amazing rutilated quartz rough which I am really excited about. I am going to cab a few, hopefully get a nice pair out of one piece and also shape a display piece. Its been AGES since I have fired up the wheels to cut anything and I am itching to get back into it. I have also started working on some wax, carving some ring ideas for sand casting and drawing a few other ideas I want to try out.

Basically I am just looking around at all the house work I have to do today and thinking about the fun stuff I would rather be doing! Why aren't there more hours in the day?!
