RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you would like to return your purchase, it is important to contact us first before posting the item.
Full refunds are granted for faulty or damaged goods.
Damaged/Faulty Items: If your item arrived damaged or is faulty, please let us know immediately to arrange for a refund.
Change of mind: Please let us know within 5 days of receipt to arrange a return for store credit.
Please note: Jewellery items may only be returned under the Change of Mind category unworn, in original condition in a timely manner.
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images. If you believe an item is unfairly represented please contact us to resolve.

Postage is through Australia Post with a tracking number.
